1st & 2nd shift - $25-$35/HR

Job Description

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating Citizen Swiss machines to produce small parts for the medical industry. You will manage two machines during your shift, ensuring quality through long production runs. Part inspection is essential, utilizing either a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) or hand tools such as micrometers and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Operate Citizen Swiss machines to produce small parts.
• Manage and run two machines during shifts.
• Conduct long production runs while maintaining high quality.
• Inspect parts using CMM or hand tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Read and understand blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in setting up Swiss machines is a plus.
• Previous experience using CMMs for part inspection is beneficial.

Work in a very clean, well-lit, and new machine shop that spans two buildings. The shop is air-conditioned, providing a comfortable work environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Big Lake, MN.

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $54000.00/yr.

Competitive benefit package, candidates are eligible for benefits on their 31st day on the job. Accure up to 3 weeks of PTO per year. Can carry over 80 hours and cash out on up to 40 hours. Match 50% of 401k up to 8%

This is a fully onsite position in Big Lake,MN.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 14, 2026.
