Qualifications:
- Massachusetts DESE Severe Needs License (required)
- Previous experience working with students with severe disabilities and medical needs preferred
- Background in Special Education, particularly PK–2nd grade
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver individualized instruction to students with significant disabilities and medical needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs aligned with students’ unique requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and paraprofessionals
- Adapt curriculum and environments to foster inclusion and maximize student success
- Document progress and participate actively in team meetings
