JOB SUMMARY
A growing manufacturing company in Hazelwood is looking for a bilingual Production Supervisor to lead their 2nd shift team. You'll oversee daily production flow, coach a hands-on crew, and keep the line running safely and on schedule. Immediate need, weekly pay.
A growing manufacturing company in Hazelwood is looking for a bilingual Production Supervisor to lead their 2nd shift team. You'll oversee daily production flow, coach a hands-on crew, and keep the line running safely and on schedule. Immediate need, weekly pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and direct production associates on 2nd shift to hit daily output goals
- Communicate instructions, safety guidelines, and expectations clearly in both English and Spanish
- Monitor production flow and troubleshoot issues as they come up
- Train new team members on procedures and safety standards
- Track attendance, performance, and productivity using basic computer systems
- Enforce safety and quality standards on the floor
- Report shift results and issues to plant management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory warehouse or production role
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, production tracking systems)
- Ability to stand and walk a full shift in a warehouse/production environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
SCHEDULE & PAY
$30.00/hr, 2nd shift. Weekly pay.
