Job Description
2+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience
Valid Driver License required for this need
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
Acute care experience preferred
Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required and NON-NEGOTIABLE
Certs REQ: Physical Therapist (MA), BLS.
