Step into a role where your expertise as an SLP will make a significant impact in students’ lives. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services in a dynamic educational environment near Kyle, TX. You'll work closely with middle and high school students, while also conducting elementary-level evaluations, fostering communication skills that are essential for academic and social success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt within a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to middle and high school students, ensuring individualized and impactful interventions
  • Conduct comprehensive elementary-level evaluations to identify student needs and guide support plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and document progress according to district and state guidelines
  • Partner with educators and support staff to facilitate inclusive communicative opportunities in academic settings
  • Provide resources and strategies to families and teachers to reinforce therapy goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and communication

This position offers a consistent schedule at 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to build strong connections with your students and school community. You'll be an integral part of a supportive team committed to nurturing student achievement and inclusion.
