Registered Respiratory Therapist - 13 Weeks Contract

Night Shift: (7pm-7am), every 3rd weekend is required, holiday commitment required.
Weekdays and every 3rd weekend required.
36 hours a week, 3x12 shifts per week (13 Weeks Assignment)

Pay Bifurcation:
Taxable: $700.20
Non-Taxable: $1500.00
Weekly Gross: $2200.20

Job Summary:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) practices at the level of a clinically competent to proficient practitioner of respiratory care. -

The RRT at this level demonstrates competence in caring for patients with emergency, acute, and intensive care needs with minimal guidance.

Required Skills & Experience: 

Two (2) years of respiratory care experience. -Ability to use MS Office Suite. 

Required Education:

Associate’s degree

Certificate of completion in respiratory care from a respiratory care program.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree. 

Required Certifications & Licensure:

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT). 

A valid license to practice respiratory care in the state of Pennsylvania.

BLS. 

Preferred Certifications & Licensure:

Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program or Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.

Neonatal/ Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certification within 2 years of date of placement into position.
