Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with student needs
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy services in-person and through teletherapy as needed
• Monitor and document progress, preparing timely and thorough reports for educational staff and families
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social development
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student success
• Offer guidance and training to school staff regarding communication support strategies
