Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with student needs
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy services in-person and through teletherapy as needed
- Monitor and document progress, preparing timely and thorough reports for educational staff and families
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social development
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student success
- Offer guidance and training to school staff regarding communication support strategies
