Step into a rewarding role providing speech-language pathology services in a dynamic school environment near Austin, TX! This full-time, onsite contract opportunity calls for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC). You’ll play an integral part in helping students achieve their communication goals, supporting growth and learning across middle and high school caseloads, while also conducting elementary evaluations.

Key Requirements:

  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience with school-age children and teens preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable managing a middle/high school caseload and elementary evaluations

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, addressing speech, language, communication, and social/emotional needs
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and evaluations for elementary students as needed
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and challenges
  • Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Provide resources, strategies, and training to staff and caregivers as appropriate

This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule at 37.5 hours each week, allowing for engagement with students, staff, and families throughout the school year.
