Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing and Leasing Agent to support marketing and leasing operations in Costa Mesa, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing office coordination, tenant-facing communication, and administrative accuracy in a busy real estate environment. The person in this role will help keep daily activities running smoothly while providing courteous service to prospective tenants, residents, and internal team members.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office support activities, including handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating administrative workflows.
• Assist with tenant application intake by collecting documents, reviewing submissions for completeness, and maintaining accurate records.
• Respond to leasing questions from prospective tenants and arrange or lead property showings in a courteous manner.
• Partner with property management staff to support lease-related tasks, appointment scheduling, and resident communication.
• Enter, update, and organize data in office systems to ensure files, reports, and tenant information remain current and accurate.
• Provide courteous service to residents, guests, and vendors while addressing routine requests and directing issues appropriately.
• Help coordinate vendor communication, service scheduling, and follow-up for property-related administrative needs.
• Support payment processing and related documentation while maintaining attention to detail and proper recordkeeping.
• Prior experience in administrative support, property management, leasing, or a similar business environment is preferred.• Strong ability to manage multiple assignments at once while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-focused approach.
• Confidence interacting with prospective tenants, residents, vendors, and office staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Solid data entry skills and careful attention to accuracy when handling records and documentation.
• Proficiency with standard office software, scheduling tools, and general administrative systems.
• Dependable, proactive work style with the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
