Instructional Assistant - Arvada, CO

This contract runs from August 11 through May 21, 2027, with weekly hours depending on the assigned site (ranging from 34 to 37.5 hours per week). Please be prepared for flexibility; assignments may change based on school needs, and details regarding caseload or site specifics will be provided upon placement. Reliable personal transportation is essential, as public transit options are not considered sufficient.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 full year of Special Education classroom experience is required
• Experience with significant/severe caseloads strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt to assignments at different school sites or with a variety of age groups
• Must provide two completed professional RefAssured references at the time of application
• Willingness and ability to assist students with toileting and diapering as needed
• Capacity to report by 7:40 am (elementary) or 8:00 am (middle/high school)
• Clean background required; fingerprinting must be completed immediately after offer acceptance
