Job Description
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to start in a general labor capacity and quickly transition into a Machine Operator / Forklift Operator position. You will support a fast-paced yard and manufacturing environment, performing physical tasks, learning to operate machinery, and contributing to safe and efficient operations. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical work, and is motivated by steady overtime.
Responsibilities- Begin in a general laborer capacity, performing hands-on tasks to support daily yard and manufacturing operations.
- Use basic hand tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist with material handling, organization, and movement of products in the yard and manufacturing areas.
- Demonstrate consistent work ethic, reliability, and dependability by arriving on time and ready to work each day.
- Perform physically demanding work throughout the shift, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Transition into a forklift operator role after demonstrating strong performance and reliability.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently once trained, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Support machine operation activities after receiving full training on the assigned equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while working in outdoor and manufacturing environments.
- Adapt to working in a fast-paced yard environment and manage tasks within the Monday–Saturday noon to midnight shift schedule.
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the entire shift, including lifting, carrying, and working on your feet.
- Comfort working outside in a yard environment in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work significant overtime as required by the shift schedule.
- Dependable attendance and commitment to showing up every day on time.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic experience with general labor tasks.
- Ability to safely use hand tools in a work environment.
- Prior forklift experience is a plus, but not required, as full training will be provided.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or yard environment is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, outdoor-oriented role.

You will regularly use hand tools and, once trained, operate forklifts and machinery. The environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent physical activity throughout the shift.
