$19.00/hr

• Paid Training: August 13 & 14, 9:00am – 4:30pm
• Project Working Dates:
  • Monday, August 17: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Tuesday, August 18: 6:45am – 9:00pm ( Election day)

• Competitive hourly wage of $19.00/hr

• Hands-on experience supporting a key community initiative
• Collaborative team environment with ample scheduled breaks during long shifts

• Serving as the first point of contact for voters by answering incoming calls in a high-volume call center environment
• Providing accurate, non-partisan information regarding voter registration and the election process
• Assisting callers with voter registration, party affiliation changes, and voting precinct information
• Maintaining a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor at all times

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Are detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Can commit to the full duration of training and both project working days, including the extended shift on Tuesday, August 18
• Are reliable, punctual, and eager to help customers
