We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing manufacturer specializing in thermal management solutions used in aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial industries. This is a hands-on position involving the assembly, brazing, testing, and inspection of precision aluminum components in a clean and organized manufacturing environment.

• Assemble small aluminum heat pipe components using hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Perform brazing operations on precision parts used in aerospace and defense applications.
• Test and process heat pipe products according to established specifications and procedures.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Document inspection results and report any quality concerns or nonconforming materials.

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machining experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small precision components.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Reliable work history with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous mechanical or small parts assembly experience.
• Brazing or soldering experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
• Exposure to machine operation, machine shop environments, or general production work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $20.00/hr.
