Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: She has a bad back, and has bodily function issues. She gets confused often. And she lost her husband of over 60 years a year ago so sometimes she gets depressed, and she's afraid of being alone. Would have to stay with her while her daughter and I are on vacation, and has to take care of the cat. About the care needs: Nursing skills a plus, and a good listener Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
