Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My grandmother is 98 years old and lives alone. She has limited mobility (uses a walker, but can only go short distances without becoming weak). She has diabetes and heart issues. She enjoys talking, the Yankees, reading, watching old movies, and music. About the care needs: Nurturing and caring Must be able to give meals to grandma Must be able to help dress her and help with bathroom issues Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
