Housekeeper Needed

We have a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bath upstairs. But only 2 bds and 2 bath will be cleaned regularly. The others cleaned twice a year when guests come by. There is a full finished basement, but will rarely get cleaned, only if there is an event. We will pay extra during these extra cleanings. Retired widower and dont use most of the house, so we just need regular upkeep cleaning on the parts of the house most trafficked.
