Instrumentation and Controls Technician II Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware. Keystone has cultivated a strong employee and client centered environment where employees are valued, respected, and supported. Our team effectively works together to deliver projects on time and on budget. Required Qualifications:5 years of experience in water/wastewater I & C systems, with at least 2-4 years in a technician roleHigh school diploma required, a 2-year degree or certification in Instrumentation & Controls or a related field is a plusValid driver's license requiredProficiency in electrical wiring of power and control equipmentAbility to understand electrical schematics and make field revisions and records for power distribution and control circuitsSkilled in electrical and mechanical equipment installation, and the use of electrical and electronic test equipmentKnowledge of radio and cellular communication systemsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and with deadlines on an ongoing basisFlexibility in adapting to changing and challenging situationsStrong organizational, communication, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skillsResponsibilities:Perform installation and calibration of sensors, flow meters, level transmitters, control panels, power distribution equipment, and other instrumentationPerform troubleshooting of I&C equipment, including wiring, electrical circuits, and sensorsFollow safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulationsMaintain accurate records of maintenance and service activitiesInterpreting, troubleshooting and documenting control panel schematicsField PLC control panel wiringPerform variable frequency drive installation and startupTroubleshooting digital and analog I/O circuitsUnderstanding and wiring of motor control circuitsTesting of power systems, control systems and instrumentation  Benefits:Hybrid Work Schedule for Most Positions*Training, Professional Development and Career PathingCasual Dress CodeEmployee Referral BonusHealth BenefitsCompany paid Life Insurance and Short & Long Term DisabilityPaid Time OffHolidays401K PlanPet Friendly Environment Schedule will include travel to client sites by use of a personal or company vehicle, and availability for occasional after hours client support as well as overnight travel.* A hybrid work schedule does not apply for this position.  Interested?
