We have available positions in the Beaver, Butler, Westmoreland, Allegheny & Washington PA.

Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers to join our team. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily living activities, promoting their autonomy, and ensuring their overall well-being. Your companionship and support can make a significant difference in their lives.

Direct Care Workers may assist consumers with the following activities:

• Participant’s medication reminder
• Housekeeping
• Personal care including grooming and dressing
• Eating and meal preparation
• Oral hygiene and denture care
• Toileting and toilet hygiene
• IADL assistance
• Providing or arranging for social interaction

Job Conditions:

• The ability to drive and the ability to access consumers’ homes which may not be routinely wheelchair accessible are required.
• Hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the consumer's condition and to perform consumer care/services.
• On occasion, may be required to bend, stoop, reach and move consumer weight up to 250 pounds; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing in English.
