CNA/ LNA Class

Overview: Are you passionate about healthcare and eager to start a rewarding career as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)? Rutland Center for Living is offering a free LNA training class designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this vital role. Upon successful completion of the training, participants are required to commit to working with us for at least one year.

Responsibilities:

• Attend and actively participate in all training sessions.
• Complete all required coursework and practical training.
• Demonstrate proficiency in LNA skills and knowledge.
• Provide high-quality care to patients during the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift.
• Commitment to work with Rutland Center for Living for at least one year after training completion.
• Passion for helping others and a desire to pursue a career in healthcare.
