ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of four. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in software development. I graduated from Polytechnic University of New York and enjoy spending my free time with my family fishing, boating, and jet skiing.

Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency regularly participates in local events, and I'm an active member of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses that make our community great.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Chris D'Amico - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
