Press Operator / Metal Stamping – 2nd Shift

Location: Baldwin, WI

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay:$18.00 per hour

SEEK Careers/Staffing is now hiring Press Operators / Metal Stamping Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Baldwin, WI. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and have an eye for quality, this is a great opportunity to join a dependable team.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate metal stamping presses safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload metal parts into stamping equipment.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform routine measurements using basic inspection tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or press operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
