Salary: $80,000 - $140,000
Job Location: Naples, FL
Job Setting: On-site

 
Job Overview:
A growing accounting firm in Naples, Florida, is seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax Preparer to join its in-office team. This role focuses on complex individual, trust, and business tax return preparation with year-round client engagement.
 
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 returns
• Support tax planning, compliance, and IRS correspondence
• Collaborate with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely filings
 
Qualifications:
• Active EA/CPA credential in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience
• Experience with Drake, UltraTax, or similar software
• QuickBooks knowledge preferred
• Trust/estate experience is a plus
