Physical Therapy Aide

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist  therapists in providing care to patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient rehabilitation process.

*SPANISH SPEAKING REQUIRED*

*Hours are Wednesday and Friday 9am to 7pm*

**Duties:**

- Support  therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.

- Assist patients with exercises and activities as directed by the therapist.

- Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions.

- Monitor and report patient progress to the therapist.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.

**Experience:**

- Experience or interest in working with patients in a healthcare setting.

- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy.

- Familiarity with outpatient or acute care settings.

- Understanding of orthopedic and geriatric patient care.

- Strong patient service skills.

**Skills:**

- Caring attitude towards patients' well-being.

- Ability to work effectively with geriatric patients.

- Knowledge of physiology to assist in therapy procedures.

- Experience in outpatient or hospital medicine settings.

- Proficiency in providing quality patient care.
