Press Operator

Employee will train on 1st shift 2-3 weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Shift: 2nd 3PM-11PM Monday-Friday (Overtime when necessary)

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Press Operator Job Description:

- Review job orders and determine specifications such as quantities and materials

- Set up and calibrate presses, including installing ink rollers, plates, screens, or dies

- Load materials (Aluminum) into the press and adjust feed, tension, and alignment

- Start presses, pull proofs, and check ink coverage, density, and registration

- Monitor press operation, respond to error messages, and make real-time adjustments

- Inspect samples and finished products for defects or inconsistencies

- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime

- Maintain production records and ensure deadlines are met

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Candidate should be mechanically inclined, previous machine operator experience is necessary, maintenance experience is a plus!
