3rd Shift - Press Operator - 11pm-7am (Subject to OT)

The primary function of this position is to work the gate/water bath at the Fuel Cell Blow Mold Machine.

Duties and Requirements of the Job:

· Work the gate at the tank press

· Operate and maintain the water bath

· Constantly monitor the work area for cleanliness and potential safety hazards

· Assist with mold changes as required

· Perform preventive maintenance as required

· Provide support to the Process Technicians as needed

· Display a positive attitude to promote a pleasant working environment

· Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Team Leader

Training, Knowledge and Experience:

· Above average electromechanical ability, language and math skills typically evidenced by a High School diploma.

· Good computer and communication skills

Physical Requirements to Perform the Duties of the Job:

· Nothing that would prohibit overnight or extended travel.

Working Conditions:

· Lifting and / or carrying up to 25 pounds.

· Maneuvers in, around and under factory and/or laboratory equipment on a regular and continuous basis.

· Some of work time is spent standing, walking, lifting and bending.

· Works within an automotive component manufacturing office and laboratory setting. Exposure to heat and cold.

· May be required to travel to plant and/or customer sites.
