New Hampshire - Lebanon, Franklin, Claremont, Concord, Milford, Keene, Rochester, Exeter
Contract
Days/Mid/Nights
$18-$21/hr
Duties & Responsibilities:
Personal Hygiene & ADLs: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting or incontinence care.
Mobility & Transfers: Assist residents with walking, transferring between beds and wheelchairs, and repositioning bedbound residents to prevent pressure sores.
Meals & Hydration: Serve meal trays, feed residents who need assistance, and track fluid and food intake.
Vital Signs & Monitoring: Measure and record blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and daily output (urine/bowel movements).
Reporting & Observation: Alert LPNs or RNs immediately about changes in a resident’s physical condition, skin breakdown, mood, or behavior.
Comfort & Safety: Keep resident rooms clean and safe, answer call lights promptly, change bed linens, and provide emotional support.
Requirements
Active LNA license
CPR/BLS (if available)
1 year of experience
