Part-Time LNA Home Care Weekend On-Call

Whole Hearted Home Care is hiring a part-time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide non-medical home care during the week and serve in our weekend on-call rotation. You’ll have at least one regular weekday shift each week for steady, dependable hours, plus on-call standby one weekend day a couple of times a month — and you’re paid just to be available. It’s a great fit for an LNA who wants reliable part-time work with the flexibility to grow into more hours.

What You’ll Do

•      Work at least one regular weekday shift each week providing non-medical home care — personal care, companionship, and light assistance with daily living.

•      Serve in our weekend on-call rotation: one Saturday and one Sunday each month (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM standby).

•      Stay reachable by phone during your on-call window — otherwise your time is your own.

•      When called in, travel to a client’s home and provide care with the same warmth and reliability our families count on.

Pay & Schedule

•      Hourly pay: $18–$24/hour (based on experience) for all hours worked, weekday and weekend.

•      On-call standby pay: $2.00/hour while on call — paid whether or not you’re called in.

•      Paid drive time: once you accept an on-call shift, your drive time to the client is paid at your hourly rate.

•      Part-time: at least one weekday shift per week, plus weekend on-call (one Saturday + one Sunday per month). Additional shifts available for those who want them.

What We’re Looking For

•      Active New Hampshire LNA license in good standing.

•      Availability for at least one weekday shift each week plus the weekend on-call rotation.

•      Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license — willing to travel within our NH service area (anchored around Manchester, generally within about an hour).

•      Dependable, punctual, and able to respond quickly when called in.

•      Compassionate, patient, and professional with clients and families.

•      Prior home care or caregiving experience is a plus.
