Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Companionship, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
