Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Self sufficient, but Parkinsons sporadically causes some hallucinations and forgetfulness About the care needs: I would be looking for afternoon/evening check-ins or visits to make sure all is okay around the house . I work in the afternoons and am there several evenings a week. Moms days are usually good, but Parkinsons is causing afternoon/evening issues. Shes rather private, so it would only be helping with some light chores and making sure shes ok Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
