He likes quiet time so during the day just talking and playing games. Make sure he eats all three meals of the day. Do some laundry and light housekeeping. About the care needs: they should be a happy caregiver who likes to talk. They just need to know how to play some board games. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
