Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

I am interested in part time help during the week that is a mix of house manager and childcare. Our 3-year-old finishes school at 2:45 and we are interested in having him picked up and brought home to play / eat / bathe and leave at 5:45. On days we dont need the care or that care ends early, wed love to allocate the hours to house manager tasks like toy organization, laundry, tidying, etc.
