As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to these children.
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a BCBA, you will deliver applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services to children, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs. Responsibilities:
• Deliver ABA services to children, including individual therapy, group/social skills therapy, and educational placement
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:
• Master's degree in related field (MASTERS)
• 2 years of experience in a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
