Hybrid Every Other Week onsite / 5 days in either Merrimack, NH or Covington, KY
Our client seeks a Salesforce/Seismic Administrator Data Analyst for a 12+ month contract. The role will administer Salesforce using declarative tools, drive Salesforce data hygiene, and apply Seismic platform knowledge to support sales enablement, including LiveDocs for personalized content generation. The position requires strong data analytics, systems analysis, and collaboration skills to deliver scalable solutions and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Rate: $45.00 to $54.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Administer Salesforce using declarative tools and manage configuration changes.
- Lead and contribute to Salesforce data hygiene initiatives, governance, and quality improvements.
- Champion Salesforce data management best practices including duplicate, matching, and validation rules.
- Apply Seismic platform knowledge to support sales processes and content delivery.
- Leverage LiveDocs to automate personalized document generation using templates, rules, and CRM data.
- Analyze large datasets to produce insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Perform requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping with business and technology teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and recommend process or systems changes.
- Assess integrations and upstream/downstream impacts with a systems-thinking approach.
- Export, cleanse, and re-import Salesforce data using SOQL, Data Loader, and Excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document solution designs, knowledge articles, and user guides.
- 2+ years of application or production support experience.
- 3+ years applying systems analysis methodologies including requirements, data analysis, and mapping.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with declarative tools.
- Proven experience driving large-scale Salesforce data hygiene efforts.
- Seismic platform knowledge and understanding of LiveDocs.
- CRM and sales process knowledge, including lead-to-opportunity, account hierarchies, pipeline stages, and opportunity data structures.
- Strong data analytics background working with large structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Data governance experience defining ownership, stewardship, and governance models.
- Experience with data quality controls using Salesforce rules and automation.
- Proficiency with Excel, including PivotTables, conditional formatting, and lookup functions.
- Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, agile environment and meet SLAs.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent. Salesforce.com Administrator certification desired.
