Job Summary:

GreenLight ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Colorado Springs. As an RBT, you will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families to provide personalized ABA therapy sessions. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA

• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification required

• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes

• Willingness and ability to pass a background check
