Job Description

Vault & Bars Coach - Competitive Gymnastics - $25-$45/hr

Elite Gymnastics Academy in Savage/Burnsville, MN seeks a passionate and experienced Vault & Bars Coach for our Developmental Program. We're looking for someone dedicated to developing young gymnasts' skills and fostering a positive, safe, and motivating training environment.

$25-$45 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is available as a Part-time OR Full-time (32 hours/week) capacity.
Focus on coaching vault and bars, developing proper technique, and skill progression within USA Gymnastics Women's Developmental Program.
Create and implement effective lesson plans and training programs.
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with athletes and their parents.
USA Gymnastics certification required.
Previous gymnastics coaching experience is required.
