Hybrid Every Other Week onsite / 5 days in either Westlake, TX or Merrimack, NH or Durham, NC
Our client has an opportunity for a Product Data Analyst to support Stock Plan Services Customer Solutions. The role blends business analysis, data analysis, systems analysis, and product management to interpret complex data, modernize reporting, and drive process improvement. The analyst will partner with stakeholders across product, technology, operations, and compliance to define, analyze, and deliver solutions that support SPS products and services.

Rate: $35.00 to $42.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Interpret and analyze data to create actionable reports and dashboards.
- Design, develop, and modernize reporting systems using Excel, SQL, OBIEE, and Power BI.
- Leverage SQL to extract, transform, and present data from Oracle, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Document data lineage from origination to consumption.
- Conduct research, gap analysis, data mining, and data profiling.
- Analyze current systems and identify inefficiencies with business and technical partners.
- Recommend improvements using data-driven insights and design-oriented modeling.
- Derive and document business requirements, rules, and workflows from systems including Informatica, Python, and PL/SQL.
- Apply dimensional, relational, and unstructured modeling strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders across business, IT, and leadership to align requirements.
- Communicate findings through written, verbal, and visual formats.
- Influence and motivate colleagues without formal authority.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in reporting and data analysis.
- Propose enhancements to reporting methods, technologies, and workflows.
- Accept ambiguity and synthesize inputs into actionable insights.
- 6+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or product ownership.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, OBIEE, Power BI, and data modeling tools such as SAP Power Designer or Erwin.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud platforms including AWS and Snowflake.
- Experience with data governance, security practices, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into insights and influence decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
