Where You'll Make an Impact

As a Per Diem RBT at Applied ABC, you'll deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.

Clinical Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies to support skill development and behavior reduction goals

  • Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during therapy sessions

  • Follow treatment protocols and communicate client progress, concerns, and observations to the supervising BCBA

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to promote consistency across environments

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough session notes and clinical documentation

  • Adhere to BACB RBT Ethics Code, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies and procedures

·RBT certification

1 year of ABA experience or experience with children with disabilities.
