As a Per Diem RBT at Applied ABC, you'll deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.
Clinical Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies to support skill development and behavior reduction goals
Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during therapy sessions
Follow treatment protocols and communicate client progress, concerns, and observations to the supervising BCBA
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to promote consistency across environments
Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough session notes and clinical documentation
Adhere to BACB RBT Ethics Code, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies and procedures

Required
·RBT certification
1 year of ABA experience or experience with children with disabilities.
