About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Technician at Arch Recovery Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals seeking recovery from mental health and behavioral challenges. Our outpatient treatment center is dedicated to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional like you to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists, focusing on behavioral interventions, skill-building, and support

• Assist patients in developing personal goals, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Implement and monitor behavioral plans, including behavioral interventions and skill-building activities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Previous experience working in a behavioral health setting; certification as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or equivalent preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality

• Must be able to work nights and weekends
