AR / Billing Specialist

AR / Billing Specialist Tulsa, OK (Onsite) Contract-to-Hire $20–$24/hour (DOE)

System One is hiring an AR/Billing Specialist for a client in the Tulsa area with strong, hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and billing. This role is AR-heavy and ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and manage Accounts Receivable

• Apply payments and resolve billing discrepancies

• Follow up on past-due accounts

• Maintain accurate AR records and aging reports

Requirements:

• 1+ years of AR and/or billing experience

• No degree required

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Onsite availability required
