Addison Group is working with a growing industrial organization looking to add a Recruiter to support increased hiring demands. This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or long-term conversion based on performance. Job Description:

The Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting for a variety of specialized and hard-to-fill positions. This role is highly focused on sourcing, pipeline development, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders. The right person will be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple openings while driving talent strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruiting for 15–25 active openings
• Source and attract candidates for technical, sales, engineering, and niche roles
• Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized positions
• Partner with hiring managers to align on recruiting strategies and hiring needs
• Utilize ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and job boards to manage candidate flow
• Perform consistent outbound outreach including calls, networking, and follow-ups
• Monitor recruiting metrics and maintain strong pipeline activity

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for specialized, technical, or hard-to-fill positions
• Agency recruiting experience highly preferred
• Strong sourcing and cold-calling capabilities
• Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma required
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
