Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with transportation inquiries and bookings.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicles and drivers based on client needs and availability.
- Manage high-volume email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee daily logistics, ensuring accuracy in all reservations and schedules.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a polished, professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with drivers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
