Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a full-time on-site Clinic Lead BCBA to join our Newark clinic.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys working in a clinic environment, collaborating with a team of clinicians, and providing support and leadership to Behavior Technicians while maintaining a clinical caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to Behavior Technicians

• Serve as a clinical leader within the clinic and help foster a positive, professional work environment

• Assist with onboarding, training, and developing Behavior Technicians

• Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations as needed

• Complete documentation and insurance-required reports in a timely manner

• Collaborate with families, Behavior Technicians, and other members of the clinical team

• Maintain compliance with company, state, and insurance requirements

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification

• Active New Jersey LBA

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians

• Ability to effectively manage a clinical caseload while supporting team members

• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinic setting

• Clinic-based ABA experience preferred but not required
