About the Role We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our Team to collaborate in driving Joule’s growth within the Scientific and Clinical staffing markets. In this role, you will develop and expand client relationships, open new lines of business, and work closely with hiring leaders to provide high-quality, timely staffing solutions. Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure projects and staffing needs from targeted clients
Build and maintain a portfolio of qualified accounts
Prospect and engage new contacts to elevate Joule’s visibility
Ensure consistent growth and client retention
Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and anticipate upcoming demand
Deliver electronic, virtual, and phone presentations tailored to client needs
Develop creative outreach and marketing strategies
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction
