This role focuses on developing individualized learning plans, monitoring and assessing student progress, and collaborating with educators and families to promote both academic and social growth. The ideal candidate is a licensed Special Education Teacher who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students and appreciates a rewarding commute outside the city.WHAT YOU NEED:

• Valid Massachusetts Teaching License with Special Education (Moderate Disabilities) certification
• Eligible to teach in MA through DESE
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Designs & delivers individualized instruction for students with disabilities
• Knowledge of MA Special Education laws and IEP development
• Classroom experience MondayFriday, structured setting
• Experience with students who are nonverbal, on the autism spectrum, prone to tantrums, runners, or wheelchairbound preferred
