We are currently seeking a motivated, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding recruitment team.SUMMARY OF RESPOSIBILITIESIn this role, you will execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and retain top-tier educational and therapeutic professionals. You will serve as a brand ambassador, managing candidate relationships.* Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview specialized educational and therapy professionals on a national scale.* Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience.* Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and credential verifications to align candidate qualifications with specific institutional needs.* Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including professional networks, job boards, social media platforms, and industry referrals.* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of all recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).TARGET PLACEMENTS INCLUDE:* Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs)* Physical Therapists (PTs) and School Psychologists* Special Education Teachers and Behavioral Health Professionals* Specialized Educational Support PersonnelPROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS* High school diploma (Bachelors preferred,not required)* Experience: Demonstrated background in corporate recruiting, agency staffing.* Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage professionals at all career levels.* Core Competencies: Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.* Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS* Competitive base salary, Health and dental insurance, 401(k) to support your future financial goals.* Comprehensive pathways for professional advancement and career growth.* A collaborative, professional, and supportive organizational culture.* The opportunity to contribute to meaningful educational outcomes across diverse communities
