Telephone Triage Nurse / RN Work Location: Houston, TX InGenesis is currently seeking a Registered Nurse / RN to work as a Telephone Triage Nurse with our client located in Houston, TX. In this role, you will triage patients that are calling with symptoms and escalating as appropriate based on provider preferences. Job Duties • Answer phone calls routed through internal call center for neuroscience patients. • Follow up from referring physicians/facilities, pharmacies, etc. • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications • Current Registered Nurse / RN license in the state of Texas.
