Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique ABA agency founded in 2015 by BCBAs and LCSWs. We provide in-home and in-community ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, independence, and confidence.

Available Schedule:

• Weekday Option:

  • Monday – Friday

  • 3-hour sessions between 3:00/4:00 PM – 6:00/7:30 PM

• Weekend Option:

  • Saturday

  • Flexible 3-hour sessions

Role Overview:
Work 1:1 with a child in their home or community setting, implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)

• Use ABA techniques (prompting, reinforcement, modeling)

• Track and document session progress

• Build rapport with clients and families

Qualifications:

• Experience with children preferred

• Background in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus

• RBT certification (preferred, not required)

• Reliable, communicative, and compassionate
