- Support the Site Manager in every aspect of daily operations.
- Lead shifts, guide team members, and keep communication clear and steady throughout the day.
- Train and mentor employees to deliver exceptional service and represent the brand with confidence.
- Oversee opening/closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists.
- Strengthen a service-focused, sales-minded culture that drives membership success.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized site environment.
