Permanent Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-time | Primarily in-office (5 days/week during training)

Position Overview
The Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality talent across multiple business functions. This role will primarily support hiring for electricians, HVAC technicians, sales professionals, and operations positions, requiring someone who is comfortable sourcing passive candidates, networking in the community, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, resourceful, and thrives in an environment where initiative and accountability are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance
- Source, screen, interview, and recruit candidates for skilled trades, sales, operations, and corporate positions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for evergreen and high-volume positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Coordinate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
- Represent the company at career fairs, trade schools, networking events, and community recruiting initiatives
- Provide recruiting updates and market insights to hiring managers and leadership
- Assist with recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, blue-collar, operations, and sales positions
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Lever experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage 15–20 open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
