Our client seeks a Manager, Oracle Fusion Analytics to lead design, delivery, and governance of analytics and reporting for Finance with emphasis on Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. The role translates business needs into trusted insights using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its analytics ecosystem, including Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, and BI Publisher. The manager will own the analytics roadmap for OTC and PTP, guide analysts and report developers, and partner with process owners to drive working-capital, controllership, and operational performance. This is a temporary, on-site assignment with primary locations in Nashville, TN or New York, NY.

Rate: $90.00 to $100.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Own and execute the analytics and reporting roadmap for OTC and PTP within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Translate Finance requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and self-service reporting using Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Define and maintain a single source of truth for OTC and PTP metrics with consistent semantic definitions and KPI standards.
- Establish data governance in partnership with Finance and IT.
- Deliver OTC analytics across credit, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, disputes, and revenue, including DSO, aging, CEI, disputes, write-offs, and billing accuracy.
- Deliver PTP analytics across requisitions, POs, receipts, invoice processing, approvals, and payments, including DPO, invoice cycle time, automation rates, on-time payment, early-payment discounts, and duplicate-payment risk.
- Partner with AR, Credit, Collections, AP, Procurement, and Sourcing to provide actionable insights and support cash-flow forecasting.
- Lead and mentor analysts and report developers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Act as liaison among Finance process owners, IT/ERP, and data engineering. Manage requirements and reporting backlogs.
- Promote data literacy and self-service adoption across Finance.
- 7+ years in finance analytics, business intelligence, or ERP reporting, including 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and analytics tools: Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Strong functional understanding of OTC and PTP processes and Oracle Fusion data across AR, AP, Procurement, and GL subledgers.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling with dashboard and data visualization best practices.
- Proven ability to translate Finance requirements into analytics solutions and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, or analytics migrations.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as OCI, Snowflake, or Azure and ETL/integration tools.
- Knowledge of working-capital optimization and finance transformation.
- Relevant Oracle certifications in Fusion Analytics or Cloud ERP.
- Experience supporting month-end close, controllership, or FP&A reporting.
- Key competencies: analytical decision making, OTC and PTP domain expertise, stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, and attention to data quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
